摘要 采用实验手段分析研究了鲜猪肉的受力变形规律,提出并设计了一种自动给料、自动穿串的系统解决方案.该方案通过螺杆传输将粒料压实,并经导料头将物料导入专设模具.由于物料在模具中呈圆柱状,对中性较好,穿串成品率高,且模具成型使物料形态统一、规范,解决了软固形物在自动化深加工中既能形成相应形体又不改变其物理属性的难题,为实现安全、高效和自动化生产提供了新的思路. Carrying out experiments,the loading and deformation law of fresh pork was studied.A new system scheme of automatic skewering was put forward.The gravel was compacted by screw and was imported to mold by leading part in the scheme.Because of cylindroids of the gravel in mould,its coaxial degree was good,so that the yield was high.At the same time the shape of the gravel was uniform.The problems of the molding and the attribute change of soft solid were solved in the course of automatic machining.A new idea was provided for the safety,efficient and automatic machining.
