摘要
针对禽类屠宰行业的分禽笼设备存在的一些问题,融入逻辑功能强大的PLC技术。通过PLC内部梯形图程序和外部控制电路相结合,提出了三层架构的分笼逻辑,对控制系统和程序进行了详细地设计,成功开发了高效的自动分笼机控制系统,实现了对禽笼的运入、分层、运出等一系列自动分笼功能。在实际工程运用中,展现出速度、效率和操作上的良好效果,具有较好的应用价值。
This paper considers that some problems of crate destacking machine in poultry industry, and points out using PLC technique, with strong logic function, combining internal ladder diagram procedure of PLC with exterior control electric circuit, the three-layer structure of destacking logic has been presented, and control system and program has been designed in detail. Then control system of automatic crate destacking machine has been developed. It can actualize ship in, layering and ship out on such issues as function of automatic crate destacking, and in practical application, it shows good effect on the speed, efficiency and operation, it has preferable theoretical and practical worth.
