摘要
综述了中国肉类机械设备发展的历史及现状,分析了中国肉类机械设备与进口产品竞争的优劣势,提出了中国肉类加工机械的发展思路。
This paper reviews the developing history and status of meat processing machine in China and analyzes its advantage and disadvantage that compared with the import product. The direction of development for meat processing machine in China is also offered.
