摘要
以超细粉为研究对象,设计其清洁化全自动包装工艺流程并对实现其充填计量工艺的机构进行设计。以典型超细粉料钛白粉为例,设计满足包装要求的充填计量机构,并对关键零件螺杆参数进行设计计算。选择螺杆供送及传感器的称重方式设计了超细粉充填计量机构,并完成了其中关键零件的设计计算。使用负压排气与变螺距螺杆设计,能有效降低超细粉含气量,再结合传感器称重,电机闭环控制回路可有效提高超细粉包装精度,实现超细粉自动化充填计量。
Ultrafine powder was used as the research object to design the clean and fully automatic packaging process and the mechanism realizing filling and metering process of ultrafine powder.Titanium dioxide powder was selected as an example to design a filling and metering mechanism that meets its packaging requirements,and the parameters of its key part screw were designed and calculated.By selecting screw feeding and sensor weighing system in this mechanism,the filling and metering mechanism for ultrafine powder was designed,and its key parts were designed and calculated.The use of the design of negative pressure exhaust system and variable pitch screw can effectively reduce gas content in the ultrafine powder,and in combination with sensor weighing system,the closed loop control circuit of motor can effectively improve the packaging accuracy of ultrafine powder and achieve automatic filling and metering of ultrafine powder.
