摘要
通过对喷液螺杆压缩机在工艺气装置中的应用实例分析,介绍喷液工艺螺杆压缩机的独有特征。从喷液螺杆压缩机的关键结构部件、机组的系统设计等方面,分析了喷液螺杆压缩机在工艺气装置中应用的特点及优势。通过总结分析表明,由于喷液螺杆压缩机具有适应性强、可靠性高等特点,在石油化工领域得到了广泛应用,并且应用领域不断扩大。
Through the analysis of practical examples in the application of fluid-injected screw compressor in process gas construction,the sole characteristic of screw compressor in liquid injection process was introduced in this article.From the respects of key structural parts in fluid-injected screw compressor and systematic design of machine set,the characteristics and advantages of fluid-injected screw compressor in application were analyzed.It was concluded that in view of the characteristic of fine adaptability and high reliability,fluid-injected screw compressor can be widely applied in petrochemical industry and will be applied more widely in future.
