简述催化裂化3#气压机改造原因及工艺流程。重点介绍控制系统TS3000功能、工程设计考虑及在本次3#气压机改造中的应用,包括软硬件配置、控制方案设计。应用后自动化水平提高,同时也确保了改造后机组安全、稳定、高效运行,为装置达到节能降耗的目的创造了条件。
The reason of reconstruction and the technological process of gas compressor No.3 of catalytic cracking unit were illustrated briefly.The function,consideration on the project design and the application of control system TS3000 in the reconstructed gas compressor No.3,including hardware and software composition were introduced,especially control scheme designing,human-machine interface and operation designing.After the application of TS3000 system,the automatic level was improved,and the safe,steady,and high-efficient run of the new gas compressor was guaranteed in order to achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing the cost.
