摘要
论述了工艺螺杆压缩机中气液分离器的设计及其控制系统,其主要起着将气液混合气中的气体和液体分开,使干气体进入工艺气管网,使分出的液体循环喷入压缩机,引入自动化控制系统后使得该系统更能确保螺杆压缩机运行的安全、可靠和经济实用。
The paper mainly introduces the design of gas-liquid separator and its control system in process screw compressor.The system separate the liquid from the gas mixture and makes the separated liquid circulary injected to the compressor.With the application of automation system, the operation of screw compressor is becoming more safe, reliable and economical and practical.
