摘要
针对某型号螺杆压缩机噪声超标的问题,在压缩机多种工况下进行噪声测试,对测试结果采用1/3倍频程分析等方法分析出噪声超标的主要原因,采用结构改进和吸声材料特性修正两项措施来控制螺杆压缩机噪声。试验结果表明,此方法降低噪声的声压级,有效地控制螺杆压缩机的噪声,使产品符合要求。
Noise of a screw compressor is tested under several work conditions first according to the problem of its unqualified noise standard. The test results are analyzed with 1/3 octonal frequency spectrum aiming to obtain main reasons of noise. Two kinds of noise control methods with structure improving and sound absorption material characteristic modifying are adopted to control noise. The experimental results presents that these methods reduce sound press level of noise, control noise of the screw compressor effectively and make the compressor up to the standard.
