摘要
主要介绍了国产连轧管机削尖轧制技术的功能、原理、技术特点及其应用效果。通过对连轧管机轧辊压下液压缸位置和电机转速的精确、快速控制,实现了钢管头尾削尖轧制技术在国产连轧管机上的应用,极大地减少了钢管的切头、切尾长度,提高了金属成材率。
Elaborated in the article are mainly the function, mechanisms and technological characteristics and application result of the tube front and tail tip roiling technique as applied to the home-made mandrel pipe mill line. With functions of both precise and quick control of the position of the mill＇ s roll screwdown hydraulic cylinder and the rpm of the mill＇ s electric motor, the tube front and tail tip rolling technique has been successfully applied to operation of the home-made mandrel pipe mill, resulting in significant reduction of the cropping length.
