摘要
介绍了Φ460mmPQF三辊连轧管机组的设计能力,主要产品规格、品种,工艺流程,穿孔机、PQF连轧管机、定(减)径机的设备特点和技术参数,以及机组的工艺控制系统和在线检测质量保证系统。该机组投产6年来,在产品开发、工艺技术及设备等方面进行了诸多创新改进,运行情况良好。
Described in the paper are the main aspects of the Ф460 mm PQF pipe-rolling plant, including the designed capacity, the representative product size range and types, the process flow, and the equipment character- istics and technical data of the piercing mill, the PQF mill proper and the sizing （reducing） mill as well as the pro- cess control system and the on-line inspection/measurement QA system. Since the start up of the pipe-rolling plant 6 years ago, lots of innovative modifications have been made in terms of product development, process technique and equioment, which has ensured excellent oneration of the nlant.
