摘要 研究了三辊连轧管机侧摆式、顺摆式、径向式3种辊缝调整机构对连轧荒管壁厚精度的影响。从动态特性、机构耐用性、拆装难易程度等方面,对3种设计形式的辊缝调整机构进行了对比分析。认为:摆臂式辊缝调整机构各方面的性能指标均较好,是综合性能先进的连轧管机辊缝调整机构。 Studied are the separate influences by three different types of roll gap adjustment systems of the 3-roll mandrel mill (i.e., the side-swing type, the pendulum type and the radial type) on wall thickness accuracy of the pipe as rolled. Comparative analyses are made with the said 3 systems as designed in terms of dynamic behavior, durability and disassembly complexity, etc., which lead to such a conclusion that compared with the other two types, the swing-arm roll gap adjusting system is in possession of better performance indexes, being a mandrel mill roll gap adjusting system with advanced comprehensive performance.
