摘要
概述了我国从建国初期至今无缝钢管生产和装备快速发展的历程,分析了我国无缝钢管"产能过剩,市场竞争激烈,原料、能源紧张,环保压力大和微利亏损"的现状。分别针对中小型和大型无缝钢管企业的发展提出了建议,并从生产工艺技术、设备设计制造、生产组织管理等3个方面对我国如何实现无缝钢管强国目标做了深层次的思考。
The rapid development history of seamless steel pipe production and equipment in our country from the early days of new China to today is summarized and the current situation of ＂excess production capacity, vigorous market competition, material and energy shortage, environmental protection pressure and meager profit or even loss＂ are analyzed. Some suggestions for the development of small, middle or large sized seamless steel pipe enterprises are proposed respectively and some profound thinking about the target of how to make our country into a powerful steel pipe state on three aspects of production technology ＆ process, equipment design ＆ manufacture and production organization ＆ management.
