双源CT对尿酸盐结晶成像的原理及临床应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:采用双源CT扫描关节及组织内的尿酸盐结晶沉积影像,评估其在痛风及痛风早期的诊断价值。方法:对71例关节疼痛等疑似痛风患者行血尿酸检查及手足关节双源CT尿酸盐结晶扫描。结果:71例中血尿酸值高者21例;双源CT扫描显示有尿酸盐结晶沉积者69例,1例报骨质疏松。结论:血尿酸浓度仅作为诊断痛风的参考项目。双源CT扫描关节及组织内尿酸盐结晶沉积影像简便、无创、直观,是诊断痛风及痛风早期的最佳诊断方法。 Objective Scanning the urate crystal deposition image in the joints and tissues using the dual-source CT,and to evaluate its value in the diagnosis of gout and early gout.Methods Seventy-one cases of suspected gout patients who had joint pain underwent serum uric acid inspection and dual-source CT scanning at their joints of hands and feet.Results Among 71 patients,there were 21 patients with higher serum uric acid level,69 patients with urate crystal deposition and one patient with osteoporosis.Conclusion The concentration of serum uric acid is just a reference item for gout diagnosis.The best way to diagnose gout and make early diagnosis is that scanning urate crystal deposition image in the joints and tissues by dual-source CT,for it is simple,non-invasive and intuitive.
