痛风性关节炎的关节液分析及影像学进展 被引量:6

摘要 痛风是一种单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,为嘌呤代谢障碍性疾病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关。痛风性关节炎(GA)分为无症状高尿酸血症期(AH)、急性关节炎期、间歇期和慢性关节炎期。临床上主要通过典型发作史结合尿酸指标等进行诊断,但面对不典型病例,如非好发年龄或部位的持续缓和发作、发作时血尿酸正常、表现类似感染或肿瘤的GA等,明确诊断较困难,此时关节液分析发现MSU晶体,可以确诊。近年来影像学发展较快,可以辅助诊断,关节液分析及影像学可用于GA疗效评估。现就关节液分析及影像学用于GA诊断与疗效评估进展综述如下。
