痛风研究 正逢其时 被引量:6

摘要 痛风是一种十分古老的疾病,在中世纪医学史中已有记载,19世纪人们证实了高尿酸血症与痛风之间的关联,然而迄今为止,这一异质性疾病病因仍不十分明确,发病机制尚未完全清楚,临床诊断、预防和治疗存在诸多困惑和争议。痛风对于我们而言是一个既简单又复杂、既熟悉又陌生的疾病。
