肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌诊断的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨四种肿瘤标志物CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125联合检测对肺癌与肺部良性病变鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用电化学发光法检测本院88例经临床确诊的肺癌患者,40例肺部良性病变和40例本院体检中心的健康人的血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125的血清水平。结果肺癌组CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125的水平明显高于肺部良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.01)。不同病理类型中,腺癌CEA、鳞癌CYFRA21-1、小细胞肺癌NSE升高比较明显。各项比较(P<0.01)。结论 CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE分别对腺癌、鳞癌及小细胞肺癌的诊断有一定意义。将四项联合检测可提高诊断阳性率,使肺癌能早发现,早治疗。
