肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21检测结果分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的检测肺癌及肺部良性疾病患者血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21的水平,探讨其在肺癌诊断及鉴别的价值。方法采用化学发光法检测80例肺癌和50例良性肺部患者血清CEA、CA125、CY-FRA21的水平。结果肺癌组CEA、CA125、CYFRA21测定值明显高于肺部良性组,3项联合检测的敏感性和特异性分别明显优于单项检测。结论血清CEA、CAl25、CYFRA21联合检测对肺癌诊断有较高的临床参考价值。
