抗休克新药普罗瑞林的临床前药理 被引量:4

摘要 普罗瑞林是下丘脑释放的一种三肽激素 ,本文系统报道普罗瑞林抗休克的临床前药理 :包括药效学 ,抗休克机理 ,毒理及一般药理和药代动力学 .研究结果证明普罗瑞林有显著抗休克作用 ,毒性小 ,安全范围广 。 Protirelin(thyrotropin releasing hormone) is a tripeptide amide secreted by the hypothalamus of mammals. Its preclinical pharmacology including pharmacodynamics, mechanisms of anti shock property, toxicity, general pharmacology and pharmacokinetics is reported in this paper. Experimental results show that protirelin has benifical anti shock effects with little toxicity. It is a promising drug for anti shock therapy.
