摘要
为了提高微细电火花加工的脉冲利用率 ,控制系统要求能对一段时间内的放电状态进行连续采集。通过对待测信号的调理 ,使采集系统的任务降到只需以微细电火花脉冲电源的脉冲速率进行采样即可 ,即速率要求为 2 MHz。然而市场上的板极采集元件不是达不到速度要求 ,就是速度太高 ,功能冗余 ,价格昂贵。为此 ,笔者采用了 DMA技术 ,配合高速 A/ D转换器 ADC- 2 0 8MC的应用 ,设计了一个适用于极间放电状态检测的高速采集系统。文中对该系统的一般情况进行了简要介绍 ,着重对 DMA技术与 A/ D转换器的应用及其相关硬件电路进行了分析和讨论 ,并给出了软件实现的说明。
In order to increase the utilization ratio of discharge energy in Micro EDM(micro electric discharge machining), the control system needs continuous data of discharge parameters in a slot. With the efforts of pre processing interelectrode electrical parameters, discharge voltage and discharge current, the data acquisition system is qualified only if it can gather signal with frequency of 2MHz, the maximum frequency the pulse power source can generate. In the market, the board component is far below that requirement, or far beyond it with very expensive price. Thus, a high speed data acquisition system for measurement of Micro EDM discharge status is designed with the DMA and high speed A/D converter. This paper, gives a brief description of the system. The hardware circuits are analyzed and discussed, also the software function is presented.
