摘要 介绍了智能型高速振动数据采集与事故记录系统的设计思想,该系统具有四路振动信号输入、四路慢速信号输入、八路开关量输入、一路键相输入及一路转速输入的智能数据采集系统,它主要是由信号适调器、MAX120A/D转换器及其外围控制电路、单片机系统等组成。MAX120转换器是该系统的核心,由它来实现对振动信号的数据采集,而8098单片机则完成对四路慢速信号的监测及对采集到的数据进行管理。 The design of the intelligent instrument for high speed vibration data acquisition and emergency fault record is introduced. The instrument is a intelligent data acquisition device which can sample 4 channels of vibration signals, 4 channels of procedure signals,8 channels of switch signals, one channel of rotating signal,and one channel of key phase signal. The instrument includes signal adaptor,MAX120A/D conversion and its outbroad control circuit, single chip microcomputer system and so on, which centres around MAX120A/D conversion. Data acquisition of vibration signal can be realized by using MAX120A/D conversion. 8098 single chip microcomputer is used to detect 4 channels of procedure signals and supervise acquired data.
