摘要
声发射信号频率高,频带较宽、突发性强,这给声发射信号的实时采集带来很大困难,本文设计了一种USB声发射信号采集系统,该系统以CPLD为控制器,利用三块高速A/D转换器实现三路声发射信号的同步采集,该系统将采集的数据先送入FIFO中,利用CY7C68013A实现与上位机的USB数据传输,该系统采样频率可达10MHz,USB传输数率达40M/S,经硬物撞击实验和断铅实验证明,可以很好地满足声发射信号的实时采集要求。
Acoustic emission signal has the characteristics of high-frequency, broad frequency band and burstiness, so it is very difficult to acquire real-timely as well as rapidly. In this paper, an acquisition system of acoustic emission signal based on USB is designed, which adopts CPLD as controller and uses three high-speed A/D converters to acquire three channels of acoustic emission signals synchronously. The acquired signals were sent into a FIFO and were transferred to host through USB using CY7C68013. The sampling frequency of the system is up to 10MHz and the transmission rate of USB is 40M/S. Hard body impact test and leadbreaking test indicate that the system can acquire acoustic emission signal well.
