摘要
常用的易切削铝合金都含有Pb,Pb的溶出容易造成污染。在常用的6063合金材料中加入适当的微量元素Bi、Sn、Zn,研制出了一种新型无Pb易切削铝合金,测试结果表明,铝合金材料的塑性指标和强度指标有明显改善,切削性能良好,同时又降低污染,降低生产成本,具有良好的应用前景。
A novel lead-free and easy-cutting aluminum alloy was developed by adding trace elements in the commericial 6063 alloy. The experimental results show that both the plasticity and strength of the new aluminum alloy prepared have been improved obviously with good machinability. Meanwhile, pollution and cost were decreased.
