摘要
研究了单一稀土RE对工业纯铝力学性能的影响,探讨了稀土对纯铝中杂质相的细化作用。结果表明:稀土RE与Fe、Si等杂质形成高熔点金属间化合物,改变Fe相存在形态,使工业纯铝的抗拉强度提高44.18%,延伸率提高32.04%;稀土加入量为0.03%时,变质效果最佳,纯铝性能最好。
The effect of single RE element on the properties of commercial pure aluminum was investigated. It is shown that RE element could form a high melting - point intcnnetallic compound with Fe and Si impurities, and the present form of Fe phase was changed. The tensile strength was increased by 44. 18%, elongation by 32.04%. When RE addition is 0. 03% , the modification effect is the best, and the excellent property of pure aluminum can be obtained.
