摘要
目的探讨颈部风寒湿刺激对机体颈椎间盘组织中白介索-1β(IL-1β)mRNA的影响。方法30只新西兰白兔,随机分为正常对照组、风寒湿组、低头位组、复合模型组和中药治疗组等5组,每组6只,观察颈椎间盘组织中IL-1β的变化。结果风寒湿与低头位等颈椎病常见的致病因素可使颈椎间盘组织IL-1β mRNA表达出现异常,芪麝颈康方对此有一定作用。结论IL-1β的异常表达可能是风寒湿致颈椎病的重要机理之一。
Objective To probe into the change of IL - 1β mRNA in cervical disks due to the influence of wind cold dampness in experimental rabbits. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were randomly separated into five groups(six group). RT - PCR was employed to observe the expression of interleudin - 1β mRNA in tissure from the cervical intervertebra discs beween the groups. Results Unusual up-expression of IL - 1β mRNA in the discs of experimental animals could be picked out in the experimental groups. Conclusion The results showed that il - 1β appeared to be the coupling factor/between the exopathic factors and the degradation of cervical intervertebral discs, which may show some insight on the mechanism of wind cold dampness action on cervical spondylosis.
