摘要
按照中医理论,运用机械劳损加冰敷的方法复制了兔实验性肩关节周围炎模型。并采用了邻苯三酚法和硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法检测了模兔患肩肌肉,肌腱及滑膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。实验发现,与健侧肩相比,患侧的SOD明显下降,LPO显著升高(P<0.05,P<0,01)。结果提示,氧自由基代谢可能参与肩关节周围炎的病理过程。
According to traditional chinese medicinal theory,a model of periarthritis humeroscapularis was established in 20 ribbits by the methods of mechnical strain and application of ice bag.The methods of pyrogallal and thiobarituric acid(TBA)fluorometry were used to study the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and content of lipid peroxide(LPO)in the muscle,tendon,and synovium of the affected shoulders,and healthy shoulders of ribbits were used as controls.The results showed that SOD activity decreased significantly and LPO content increased markelly in the affected shoulder than that of the controls(p<0.05,p<0.01),It indicated that oxygen free radical might take part in the pathological process of periarthritis humeroscapularis.
