摘要
本实验通过切除兔颈椎棘上、棘间韧带和分离椎旁两侧肌肉建立了颈椎病模型。由于颈椎力学失衡,经8个月阶段的发展,诱发了兔的颈椎病。X线发现,模型动物椎间隙狭窄、椎体骨赘形成和曲度变直。病理证实,模型动物椎间盘突出、髓核消失;纤维环纤维化、粘液瘤变;软骨终板钙化、骨化、断裂。这与人类颈椎病病理变化一致。我们在显微镜下通过对骨赘形成的动态观察,首次证明骨赘是由周边软骨终板软骨细胞增殖。
A model of the cervical spondylosis in the rabbit was estabilshed through resection of the cervical supraspinous and interspinous ligaments and detachment of the posterior paravertebral muscles from the cervical vertevbrae.Mechanical instability in the cervical spine elicited by this surgical intervention accelerated the process of intevertebral disc degeneration,and when over a 8 month period,induced cervical spondylosis in the rabbit.The X-ray findings in the experimental model included:disc-space narrowing,osteophyte formation and currature loss.The pathologic findings in the experimental model included:disappearing of the nucleus pulposus,herniation of disc,fibrosis and myxomatous degeneration of the annulus fibrosis,calcification,ossification and seperation of the cartilaginous endplate.The X-ray and pathological findings were similar to those of the cervical spondylosis in the human being.Trough dynamic observation in the morphology with a microscope,we first proved that osteophyte arises from the proliferation of peripheral cartilagious endplate and further endochondral ossification.
