摘要
目的建立复方黑参颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈与0.05%三乙胺水溶液(用甲酸调pH至3.0)梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长:280 nm;柱温:30℃。结果建立了复方黑参颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,其精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%,标出了17个共有峰,相似度计算发现12批样品指纹图谱相似度均大于0.96。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于复方黑参颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of compound Heishen granules. Methods DiamonsilTM C18( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% tri- ethy lamine (pH was adjusted to 3.0 with formic acid). Gradient elution was performed at the flow-rate of 1.0 ml ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature at 30 ℃. Results An HPLC fin- gerprint of compound Heishen granules was established. The RSD values of the relative peak area and relative reten- tion time of common peaks in precision, repeatability and stability tests were less than 3%. 17 characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprint. The degree of similarity of 12 samples was more than 0.96. Conclusion This method is simple, practical and reliable, which can be used for quality control of compound Heisen granueles.
