摘要
目的:研究麦冬的指纹图谱。方法:高效液相色谱法,Kromasil Cl8柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液梯度流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为297 nm。结果:标示出30个共有峰。结论:方法可靠、简便,为提高麦冬质量控制标准提供参考。
AIM ： To establish chromatography fingerprint of Radix Ophiopogonis. METHODS ： HPLC was applied on a Kromasil C18 column （5 μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm） with CH3CN-0.01% H3PO4 solution by gradient elution,flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the UV absorbance was monitored at 297 nm. RESULTS： 30 common peaks were picked up. CONCLUSION： This method is reliable, simple and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Radix Ophiopogonis.
