HPLC - UV fingerprint analysis of Shegan mixture

摘要 目的建立射干合剂的液相色谱指纹图谱标准。方法用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱分离样品,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸(pH 2.25),梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长215 nm,记录射干合剂的液相色谱指纹图谱。结果射干合剂指纹图谱有17个共有峰,多数峰可以达到良好分离。结论本法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,指纹图谱的检测标准可以作为射干合剂质量标准。 AiM To establish a HPLC - UV fingerprint standard of Shegan mixture. METHODS The determi- nation was performed on an Inertsil~ ODS - 3 column (250 mm 4 mm, 5 ktm) with acetonitrile - 0.5%0 phosphoric acid (pH 2.25) used as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL" min-l, with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. The HPLC - UV fingerprints of Shegan mixture were recorded. RESULTS There were 17 common peaks in HPLC - UV fingerprints of Shegan mixture. Most of them were well separated. CONCLUSION The method appears to be accurate, stable and reproducible which can be served as a quality standard of Shegan mixture.
