摘要
通过分析国内图书馆绩效考核研究现状,论文认为现有研究缺少具体可操作性强的实践创新研究。只有坚持客观、公正、透明的原则,高校图书馆绩效考核才能探索出适合本馆馆情的创新发展道路。最后介绍了黑龙江八一农垦大学图书馆绩效考核实践创新案例,供同行参考。
By analysis of the current domestic research in the library's performance appraisal, this paper believes that the existing re-search lacks specific, strong operability, and the practical innovation. Only adhere to the principle of objective, fair and transparent, can uni-versity library performance evaluation explore the development road of innovation. Finally it introduces the Heilongiiang Bayi Agricultural U-niversity Library performance evaluation practice innovation cases, for the peer's reference.
