摘要
本文尝试通过平衡计分卡原理解决高校图书馆中因现有绩效管理导致的矛盾或问题。由于高校图书馆的非盈利性,其平衡计分卡的四个维度有别于一般的盈利性企业。本文根据高校图书馆的特性,设置了成本、读者、内部流程、员工学习与成长四个层面,并同时在文中阐述了"计分"的特殊性。希望高校图书馆通过建立平衡计分卡使自身朝更科学、有效的方向发展。
This issue is based on the thoughts of the balanced scorecard. On university libraries, the balanced scorecard is composed of four parts , including cost, reads, internal business process and client learning skills, these four parts and its score are different from the ordinary companies because of the non-benefit character of the university libraries. The balanced scorecard , as the efficient performance management tool , not only resolve the present contradiction which traditional performance evaluation leaded to, but also can make the university libraries obtain a clear developing orientation.
