摘要
知识经济社会对传统图书馆产生巨大冲击,这要求我们对图书馆的服务战略进行重构。平衡计分卡是一种非常好的战略规划工具,以黑龙江省科学技术情报研究所文献馆为例,详细提出基于平衡计分卡构建服务战略的过程及其应用。
The traditional library got a huge strike to reconstruct our library service strategy. The BSC from the Knowledge Economy Society, it require us is an excellent tool for strategic layout, through taking the library of Heilongjiang science and technology intelligence institute, the author advanced how to construct the process and the application of service strategy on BSC.
