虚拟社区社会资本对知识共享影响的实证研究被引量：9

摘要从理论上分析了虚拟社区社会资本的认知、关系和结构三个维度,构建了虚拟社区社会资本三维度与知识共享程度及其效果之间的关系模型,并提出相应的研究假设。利用来自问卷调查的400个虚拟社区网络用户的有效数据,验证了虚拟社区社会资本三维度与知识共享程度及其效果之间的结构关系。实证结果显示:所提出的14条研究假设中有10条得到验证、2条没有得到验证、2条部分得到验证,说明所构造的虚拟社区社会资本三维度、知识共享及其效果之间的整体模型在样本范围内是有效的。 This paper analyzes the three dimensions of social capital of virtual community theoretically,namely awareness,relationship and structure.And it constructs a relationship model between these three dimensions,knowledge sharing and sharing effect,and gives the relevant hypotheses about the effect relationship.Then it uses the valid data of 400network users of virtual community from the questionnaire survey to study empirically the effect relationship.The result shows that 10in the proposed 14hypotheses are be verified,and two are not be verified,and two are only partly be verified.Therefore,the proposed model as a whole is valid in the sample range.
