Study on Knowledge Transfer Model of Management Consulting Service

摘要 管理咨询业的产品是知识,其服务的实质是知识转移,且知识转移的优劣直接影响着服务的效果。本文在研究管理咨询服务知识转移特点的基础上,结合咨询服务业务流程,分析了管理咨询服务知识流的内容和类型,创新性的构建了咨询服务知识转移过程的五阶段模型和咨询服务知识转移整体模型。 The production of management consulting is knowledge, its service essence is knowledge, and the quality of knowledge transfer affects the service effect directly. Based on the study on the knowledge transfer characteristic of management consulting service, the content and the type of knowledge flow were analyzed by concerning of the management consulting service process, then the five stages model of mangement consulting service knowledge transfer process and overall model of management consulting service knowledge transfer were constructed creatively.
