摘要
在已有文献的基础上,基于社会认知理论,建立了虚拟社区成员知识共享行为理论模型,并提出了假设。通过设计关于虚拟社区成员知识共享行为的调查问卷,利用统计软件SPSS17.0和结构方程模型统计软件Amos17.0对收集到的数据进行量化分析。实证结果表明:社区氛围(互惠、公平和创新)与知识共享行为、自我效能和结果预期有显著的正相关关系;自我效能与结果预期、知识共享行为有显著的正相关关系;结果预期与知识共享行为没有显著的正相关关系。
On the basis of existing literature and social cognitive theory, we built a conceptual model of the virtual commu- nity users＇ knowledge sharing behavior, and proposed some hypotheses. We designed a questionnaire about the knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community users, and used SPSS 17.0 and Amos 17.0 to analyze the collected data.
