摘要
研究了油橄榄叶中橄榄苦苷的提取工艺.通过单因素试验和正交试验优化,以橄榄苦苷的含量为考查指标,建立了HPLC测定橄榄苦苷的实验方法.实验结果表明,油橄榄叶中橄榄苦苷的超声最佳提取工艺条件为,甲醇体积分数为70%,液料比(mL∶g)为30∶1,提取40 min,此条件下提取的橄榄苦苷的含量为3.96 mg/g.
Optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test, taking the oleuropein content as evaluation in- dex, the experiment was established to determine oleuropein by HPLC. The experimental results showed that when the ultrasonic extraction technology conditions of oleumpein were 70% methanol volume fraction,30: 1 liquid-solid ratio(mL: g) and extraction for 40 min at normal temperature, the oleuropein content was 3.96 mg/g.
