摘要
油橄榄叶主要含有萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类及多酚类等多种类型的化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降压、降糖、降脂及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。本综述基于国内外研究,对油橄榄叶的化学成分、药理作用进行归纳总结,并对油橄榄叶的质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行预测分析。初步预测橄榄苦苷、羟基酪醇、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷和木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷等有作为油橄榄叶质量标志物的潜力,为更好地开发和利用油橄榄叶提供参考。
Olea europaea leaves mainly contain various types of chemical compounds such as terpenes,flavonoids,phenylpropopanoids and polyphenols,and possess multiple pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and anti-tumour effects.Based on domestic and international research,this review summarized the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of olea europaea leaves,and predicted the quality marker(Q-Marker)of olea europaea leaves.Oleuropein,hydroxytyrosol,apigenin-7-O-glucoside and lignan-7-O-glucoside may serve as Q-Marker for olea europaea leaves,which provides a reference for the development and utilization of olea europaea leaves.
