摘要
采用人体试验探究内服联合外用油橄榄提取物对痤疮的影响。选择45名18~40周岁受试者为研究对象,检测并评估空白组、内服组及联合组受试者在使用前与使用后2周(W2)、4周(W4)的面部指标变化情况。结果表明,与使用前相比,空白组各指标均无显著变化;W2内服组与联合组皮脂含量呈下降趋势,W4两组分别显著下降39.19%和44.94%;红区面积2组在使用后均有所减少;糖基化终产物参数在W4开始有所降低;内服组脓疱个数W2、W4分别显著减少29.37%和51.94%,联合组显著减少54.49%和85.50%;内服组丘疹个数W2、W4分别显著减少20.64%和50.30%,联合组显著减少37.87%和63.13%。内服油橄榄提取物可有效改善痤疮,与油橄榄精华水联合使用效果更佳。
Human trials were used to investigate the effect of oral combined topical application of olive extract on acne.45 subjects aged 18~40 years were selected for the study,and the changes in facial indicators in the blank,oral and combined groups were examined and evaluated before and 2 weeks(W2)and 4 weeks(W4)after use.The results showed that there was no significant change in all indicators in the blank group compared to the pre-use;the facial skin oil content began to show a decreasing trend in the W2 oral and combined groups,and significantly decreased by 39.19%(p<0.05)and 44.94%(p<0.01)in the W4,respectively.The area of facial red area was reduced in the two groups after use;the parameters of the glycosylation end-products began to decrease in the W4;and the number of pustules W2 and W4 was significantly reduced by 29.37% and 51.94%(p<0.01)in the oral group,and 54.49% and 85.50%(p<0.01)in the combined group;the number of papules W2 and W4 was significantly reduced by 20.64% and 50.30%(p<0.01)in the oral group,and 37.87% and 63.13%(p<0.01)in the combined group.Oral administration of olive extract can effectively improve acne,especially,when it combined with olive extract water.
