摘要
目的:探讨阴道镜检查结合LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变疗效情况。方法:分析笔者所在医院宫颈病变患者200例临床资料,分为观察组(阴道镜检查结合LEEP刀治疗组)100例和对照组(传统微波治疗组)100例。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量明显低于对照组,观察组临床治疗宫颈病变总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道镜检查结合LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变临床治疗效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of colposcopy and LEEP knife in treatment of cervical lesions.Methods： To analyze 200 cases clinical data of cervical lesions in our hospital, which was divided into detection group（colposcopy combined with LEEP knife treatment group）100 cases and control group（traditional microwave therapy group）100 cases.Results： The operation time, intraoperative bleeding of detection group were lower than control group, the total effective rate of detection group were higher than control group, the difference were statistical significance（P〈O.O5）.Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of curing cervical lesions by colposcopy and LEEP knife is obviously, which is to be used.
