摘要
【目的】分析宫颈电圈环切（LEEP）术并发症的发生率及原因，为防治并发症提供依据。【方法】回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年1月本院门诊行LEEP术912例的手术并发症及发生原因。【结果】术中术后出血为最常见并发症，可能与切除宫颈组织范围广、局部感染、手术时机不恰当有关。另术后宫颈狭窄粘连、经期延长、腰腹痛、感染等多种并发症存在且影响患者的生活质量。[结论]LEEP术应严格掌握手术指征、选择恰当手术时机、完善术前准备、规范手术操作，以期减少手术并发症。
[Objective] To analyze the causes of the complications of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in treatment of cervical diseases and to provide the evidence for prevention. [Methods]The complications of 912 women with LEEP from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2008 and their causes were analyzed retrospectively. [Results]The most common complication of LEEP was intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, which might be related to the extent of electric coagulation, local cervical infection and improper operative time. On the other hand,some complications, i.e. cervical canal stenosis and adhesion, bradymenorrhea, lumbago, bel lyaehe and infection, occurred and affected the quality of patients life. [Conclusion] The operative indications should be mastered strictly. The proper Operation time should be selected. The preoperative preparation should be done and the operation procedures should be standardized. Thus the complications of LEEP will be decreased.
