摘要
目的：研究电子阴道镜联合LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年4月-2015年12月入院接受治疗的170例宫颈疾病患者，对其进行电子阴道镜联合LEEP刀治疗，分析治疗手术时间、术中出血量以及术后并发症情况。结果经分析，患者术中出血量（5.1±1.5）ml，手术时间（7.5±1.4）min。术中术后并发症发生率为4例（2.36%），患者出院后恢复周期为（34.6±10.6）d，手术治愈率为90.59%（154例）。结论在临床中，应用电子阴道镜联合LEEP刀进行微创治疗，能更好的保证手术的安全性。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical lesions with LEEP combined with colposcopy.MethodsSelected 170 cases of patients with cervical disease in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2015. Observed and analyzed the treatment of colposcopy combined with LEEP on the operative time,bleeding volume and postoperative complications of the disease.ResultsAfter clinical treatment,the amount of bleeding was（5.1±1.5）ml,the operating time was（7.5±1.4）min. The postoperative complication rate was 4 cases（2.36%）. The recovery period was（34.6±10.6）d,the cure rate was 90.59%.Conclusion In clinical study,the application of colposcopycombine LEEP in minimally invasive therapy can ensure the operation safety.
