摘要
目的观察利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法将150例慢性宫颈炎患者分为治疗组(75例)与对照组(75例)。治疗组采用利普刀治疗,对照组采用传统微波治疗,观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为97.3%,明显高于对照组的77.3%,两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎具有安全性高、操作简便、手术时间短及疗效显著等优点,同时可提供完整的病理标本,能有效降低宫颈癌的误诊及漏诊率,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective Explore leep knife treatment efficacy of chronic cervicitis.Methods 150 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into treatment group（n=75）,the control group（n=75）.The treatment group used leep knife treatment and Control group was given traditional microwave treatment.Efficacy and adverse effects were observed.Results Treatment group was 97.3%,significantly higher than treatment group 77.3%.No side effect was found in the two groups.Conclusion Leep knife treatment of chronic cervicitis with high safety,easy operation,shorter operative time and efficacy of significant advantages.While providing a complete pathological specimens,can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of cervical cancer,Have important clinical value.
