摘要
当今,随着社会经济和科学技术的迅猛发展,创新变得尤为重要。化学工业作为国家的支柱产业,更迫切需要具有创新能力的优秀化学化工专业人才。本文根据创新在化学化工行业的重要性,分析了当前创新的现状和新形势下化学化工类研究生面临的严峻挑战,最后对其创新能力的培养方案进行了探索。
At present, with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, innovation has be- come particularly important. As the pillar industry of our country, chemical industry urgently needs excellent chemistry and chemical engineering talents with innovative ability. In view of the importance of innovation in chemistry and chemical industries, the paper analyzes the present situation of innovation and the serious challenges that chemistry and chemical engineering postgraduates are facing in the new situation, and finally it makes an exploration on the training schemes of innovative ability.
