摘要
应用型本科教育是高等教育大众化的一种新类型本科教育,作为一种独立的教育类型,必须具备由人才培养目标、培养规格、培养过程、培养方式和评价标准构成的教育体系。定位于应用型本科教育的院校,大多是新升格的本科院校,这些院校在应用型本科办学理念和人才培养模式上尚存在着一些问题。近几年我们针对化学化工类应用型人才培养目标与专业的特点,从实践教学方面入手,通过探索与实践,初步形成了理念新、有特色、应用性强的化学化工类应用型人才培养模式。
Applied undergraduate education was a new type of undergraduate education. As an independent type of education, it must have education system of the personnel training targets, training standards, training process, training methods and evaluating standard. Some undergraduate colleges, positioning in the application oriented undergraduate edu- cation, were mostly newly - established undergraduate colleges, who still existed some problems in the application type education concepts and talent training models. In recent years, based on the personnel training targets and professional characteristics of the training mode reform of college chemical and chemical engineering, renewed, distinctive, strong ap- plication of the training mode of application - oriented chemistry and chamieal engineering talents was preliminary formed through exploration and practice.
