摘要
目的探讨血清尿酸及血管内皮素水平-1与轻度认知功能障碍的相关性。方法 69例轻度认知功能障碍患者(观察组)与70例体检健康者(对照组),其中观察组分为单纯记忆障碍无其他认知障碍者30例(单纯组)与记忆障碍伴其他认知功能障碍者39例(复杂组),检测并比较各组血清尿酸及血管内皮素-1水平,分析其与轻度认知功能障碍的相关性。结果观察组血清尿酸水平(285.50±72.71)μmol/L低于对照组(340.08±87.10)μmol/L(P<0.01),血管内皮素-1水平(88.52±21.49)ng/L高于对照组(73.18±23.60)ng/L(P<0.01);复杂组血清尿酸水平低于单纯组(P<0.05),血管内皮素-1水平与单纯组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);logistic回归分析显示,尿酸与血管内皮素-1水平是轻度认知功能障碍的独立危险因素(OR=2.228,95%CI:1.313~7.056;OR=1.667,95%CI:0.319~2.583)。结论低尿酸、高血管内皮素-1水平是轻度认知功能障碍发病的危险因素,提高尿酸水平、降低血管内皮素水平可降低轻度认知功能障碍的发病及进展。
Objective To explore the relationship of the levels of serum uric acid and vascular endothelin-1 with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Sixty-nine patients with MCI(observation group) were divided into patients only with dysmnesia(dysmnesia group)(n=30) and patients with dysmnesia besides other cognitive impairment(complex group)(n=39).Another 70 health volunteers were as controls(control group).The levels of serum uric acid and vascular endothelin-1 were compared between groups.The relationship of the levels of serum uric acid and vascular endothelin-1 with MCI was analyzed.Results The serum uric acid level was lower and the vascular endothelin-1 level was higher in observation group than that in control group((285.50±72.71) μmol/L vs(340.08±87.10) μmol/L,(88.52±21.49) ng/L vs(73.18±23.60) ng/L)(P0.01).The serum uric acid level was lower in than that in dysmnsia group(P0.05),and vascular endothelin level-1 showed no significant difference between complex group and dysmnsia group(P0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed the levels of uric acid and vascular endothelin-1 were the risk factors for MCI(OR=2.228,95%CI: 1.313 to 7.056;OR=1.667,95%CI: 0.319 to 2.583).Conclusion The levels of uric acid and vascular endothelin-1 are the risk factors for MCI.To raise the uric acid level and reduce vascular endothelin level can reduce the incidence and control the progress of MCI.
