摘要
目的观察法舒地尔联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响,探讨其临床疗效。方法将95例发病24h内的急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组47例和对照组48例,观察组除依达拉奉治疗外加用法舒地尔30mg/次、2次/日,两组治疗前及治疗14d后分别进行神经功能缺损评分,同时测定血浆NO及ET-1水平。结果治疗后观察组及对照组血浆NO水平明显升高,血浆中ET-1水平均明显降低,神经功能缺损评分明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=11.23、13.21、8.24,9.27、10.95、12.32,P均<0.05)。观察组血浆NO水平较对照组明显升高,ET-1水平及神经功能缺损评分均较对照组明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=8.32、12.10、7.96,P均<0.05)。结论法舒地尔联合依达拉奉可有效的改善血管内皮功能,保护神经细胞,降低神经功能缺损程度。
Objective To observe the effects of fasudil hydrochloride combined with edaravone on serum endothelin-1 and nitric oxide in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 95 patients with onset of ACI in 24 hours were divided into treatment group(47 cases) and control group(48 cases).Edaravone was treated in each group,and plus fasudil in the treatment group(30 mg,2 times per day).Neurological deficit score,serum NO and ET-1 levels in all cases before and 14 days after treatment were valued.Results NO levels were significantly elevated;plasma ET-1 levels were significantly lower;neurological deficit score was significantly decreased in the treatment group and control group after treatment;the differences were statistically significant(t=11.23,13.21,8.24,9.27,10.95,12.32,P0.05).Plasma NO levels were significantly higher;ET-1 levels and neurological deficit score were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(t=8.32,12.10,7.96,P0.05).Conclusions Fasudil allied with edaravone can effectively improve endothelial function,protect nerve cells,reduce the degree of neurological deficits.
