摘要
[目的 ]研究刺莓果多糖对小鼠体液免疫调节功能的影响 .[方法 ]采用溶血空斑试验、白细胞介素 2活性测定、T细胞亚群测定等方法 .[结果 ]刺莓果多糖能使小鼠脾细胞对绵羊红细胞的免疫球蛋白M空斑形成细胞数明显增加 ,促进刀豆蛋白A刺激的小鼠脾细胞分泌白细胞介素 2 ,增高辅助性T细胞百分比及辅助性T细胞与抑制性T细胞比值 .[结论 ]刺莓果多糖能促进小鼠脾细胞产生特异性抗体 ,并通过影响辅助性T细胞分泌白细胞介素 2。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Rosa davurica Pall. polysaccharides on humoral immune regulation functions in mice. METHODS To determine the plaque forming cells, interleukin 2 activity and T cell subset. RESULTS Rosa davurica Pall. polysaccharides can increase the number of IgM plaque forming cells of spleen against sheep red blood cells, and promote the secretion of interleukin 2 from splenocytes stimulated with concana valine A, and raise the helper T cell % and helper T cell/T suppressor cell ratio. CONCLUSION Rosa davurica Pall. polysaccharides can accelerate the generation of specific antibodies from splenocytes, and regulate immune response by effecting interleukin 2 secretion and helper T cell % and helper T cell/T suppressor cell ratio in mice.
