摘要
体外培养Wistar系乳鼠肝细胞,分为正常组、实验组和药物对照组,后两组分别加入草苁蓉和人参总皂甙.结果表明,实验组肝细胞脂褐素颗粒随着日龄的增加而明显减少,超氧化物歧化酶活性增强,过氧化脂质产物丙二醛含量降低,尤其是细胞培养的第14d和第21d,与正常组相比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.01),与药物对照组相比无显著差异.提示草苁蓉具有与人参相似的药理作用,可以做为抗衰老药物而开发应用.
The suckling mouse hepatocytes were cultured in vitro and treated with Boschniakia rossica(experimental group) and ginsenosides respectively(drug control group). The results indicated that , in the experimental group, the lipofusion granules were significantly decreased with the days of following,and the activity of superoxide dismutase increased and the contents of malondialdehyde reduced , especially on the 14th and 21st day, compared with those of the normal group.
