摘要
用水提法提取黄荆、黄连、大黄等药组成的中草药复方,以不同梯度药物提取物进行体外抑菌试验,观察其对大肠杆菌O2,O4,O5,O8,O101,猪伤寒沙门氏菌C78-2,猪副伤寒沙门氏菌C500,鸡白痢C79-13,绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、气单胞菌、表皮葡萄球菌等12种细菌的抑制效果。结果表明,黄荆复方除对表皮葡萄球菌无抑制作用外,对其它11种细菌均有较好的抑制作用。
Extracting valid component from Vitex negundo L. , Rhizoma coptidis. , Rhie Rhizoma ,and so on composing Chinese herb compound with water, in vitro growth inhibition was searched on E. coli O2, E. coli O4, E. coli O5, E. coli O8, E. coli O101, Salmonella C78-2, Salmonella C500, Salmonella C79-13, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, S. aureus, Sepidermidis, S. saprophyticus with different gradients of extracted component . By observing their effect of growth inhibition on bacteria, the results showed the herb compound has obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria except S. epidermidis.
