摘要
目的 :观察当归补血汤多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :用环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠进行实验。结果 :当归补血汤多糖可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数 ,促进溶血素及溶血空斑形成 ,促进淋巴细胞转化。结论 :当归补血汤多糖有较好的免疫兴奋作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide on immunologic functions of immunosuppressional model mice. Method: Employing immunosuppressional model mice induced by Cy as experimental objective. Result: Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide can obviously increase the phagocytic-index and percentage of phagocyte in the abdomen, advance the formations of hemolysin and hemocytolysis planque, and promote the lymphocyte transformation in immunosuppressive mice. Conclusion: Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide has excitement actions on immunologic functions of immunosuppressional model mice.
